Digital Spades LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return a product or service and receive a refund.

Products

  • Unused and Unopened Products: You may return any unused and unopened product within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product price (excluding any applicable shipping costs).
  • Used or Opened Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used or opened products.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at digitalspades9@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Services

  • Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service project before it begins, you will receive a full refund.
  • Project Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a service project, please contact us within 10 days of completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer revisions or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at digitalspades9@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

This Refund and Return Policy does not apply to:

  • Products or services that are specifically marked as non-refundable.
  • Custom-designed products or services.
